Positive: Close to Medano beach and marina. A 10 min walk to Walmart. OXXO and pharmacy are right outside the front door for immediate needs. Building has security, a nice courtyard with decent pool, and plenty of outdoor space to sunbathe. Apartment is very clean, spacious, beds are comfortable, private jacuzzi, air conditioned.

We just finished a 10 day stay here and highly recommend it! The place was absolutely charming, with beautiful décor and a great overall vibe. The outdoor patio space, complete with a BBQ, and hot tub, was such a nice bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable.Laura, the owner, was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. She checked in to make sure we were settled, which we really appreciated.Jonathan, the property manager, was amazing. He was attentive, kind, and always showed up promptly if we needed assistance. He truly went above and beyond. The location is perfect, just five minutes from the beach and downtown, and close to plenty of bars, shops, and even a nearby Walmart.This was our first time in Cabo, and we will definitely be back!
